Zach Schwartz is an entrepreneur and writer from Cleveland, OH. His work has been published in Vice, Noisey, Playboy, and other magazines. He founded the first accelerator for high school students in the country (LightHouse Ohio and the LEAP program), was a Founding Editor of Poetry Genius for Brooklyn-based Genius, and is a co-owner of Rapchat, a hip-hop app that has received funding from Rev1 Ventures and 500 Startups. He has a degree in Visual Arts from Columbia and has additionally served as an Impact Investing Consultant for Trippplus.

Paul is the Principal Sustainability SME and Founder of Share. He works with Brooklyn-based non-profits on sustainable business development, community organizing and grant work. He has designed community health assessments, asset-maps and service access networks. His mission is to use social sustainability as a tool  to design clean solutions that reduce environmental impact and promote social success.
